<p>You might have decided to join in the growing number of body builders nowadays, now what?  I bet, you are wandering what and how. Beginner body builders have plenty of things to know before securing a gym membership.  I must tell you, there are many things that need to be considered before starting any body building workout.</p>
<p>Type of Exercises</p>
<p>Basically, body builders have gone into two different types of exercises, the isolation and compound.  Isolation exercises focus on specific muscles and even muscles while compound exercises work on supporting muscles and the over-all strength gain.  Basically depending on a specific body builder&acirc;s unique needs, these exercises are intentionally combined to achieve better body shape.  At first, it can be a compound exercise followed by isolation exercise for sculpting those muscles into its desired shape. However, in some cases, it can be the other way around.</p>
<p>Muscle Composition</p>
<p>It is a must that bodybuilders must have more muscle mass than fats.  Fats must be burned off first before gaining muscles.  However, weight training is not sufficient to dissolve fats.  In order to lose fat you need to engage in aerobic exercises and other cardiovascular exercises.  Remember, you can never lose fat on a specific area only such as stomach area.  It is impossible because aerobics and other cardiovascular exercises work on every part of the body.  However, greater muscle mass can always burn off more fats.  Calorie intake can&acirc;t avoid fat gain, but with proper combination of aerobics and weight training, fat gain would be lessened.  Thus, these two essential aspects must be worked out evenly.</p>
<p>Repetition Technique</p>
<p>Also referred as pyramid technique, it pertains to the number of repetition a certain weight training must have to achieve the desired outcome.  Usually, below 5 repetitions can increase strength but lesser muscle while 5 to 10 repetitions can enhance muscle growth.  On the other hand, 10 to 15 repetitions promote endurance.  It is very basic to start with lighter weights along with lower repetitions then increase the heaviness and repetition as you progress. </p>
<p>Steroids</p>
<p>With the popularity of body building, everybody wants to get an amazing body less the intense workout and disciplined habits.  It is with this phenomenon that steroids were used by bodybuilders to achieve faster results.  In fact, these drugs were used to maintain the body shape without the need for intense work out. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you been looking for the quickest way to lose belly fat?  There is a program that can give you a flat stomach in just two weeks.  This program doesn&#8217;t include shakes, pills or potions and the only cash outlay is $30 at your local sports store.  This article isn&#8217;t about trying to sell you some magic pill; it&#8217;s simply showing you how you can lose that excess fat around the tummy.</p>
<p>This routine does require a stability ball that costs around $30 and you can get one from your local sporting store.  These balls come in various sizes between 18 and 26 inch and you will need to choose the right size for your height.  Studies have shown that people who work out with a stability ball build twice the muscle fibers as those who do regular crunches without a ball.  Using a stability ball for your exercises will definitely help you to lose that excess belly fat much faster.</p>
<p>When you purchase a stability ball it will come with an instruction manual that will outline various exercises that you can do with the ball.  The exercise instructions usually come with diagrams to illustrate how to do each exercise.  In this article I will outline a couple of exercises that are great to do with the ball to help lose that fat around the stomach area.</p>
<p>The first exercise is called the Ball Curl.  Sit on the stability ball with your hands behind your head. Next you want to roll your body down until your bottom is just off the ball and your lower back and middle are on the ball.</p>
<p>The next exercise is called the Pike and is a bit more complicated.  Lie on the top of the ball with your legs together and the ball should be under your thighs.  Keep your legs straight and then contract your abs and lift your hips up toward the ceiling, rolling the ball to the shins.  Hold this for one second and then lower.</p>
<p>The ball is important in the plan to lose fat around the stomach but it isn&#8217;t the only tool that you need.  If you really want to lose fat fast then you also want to do some cardio workouts at least three times a week.  With a cardio workout you should warm up for three minutes, follow this with three minutes of regular paced exercise and then two minutes of high paced exercise.  Repeat the three minutes regular and two minutes high exercises for a total of 45 minutes finishing with two minutes cooling down exercises.  Cardio workouts might include running, brisk walking, cycling or a cardio machine.</p>
<p>Lastly, you need to reduce your intake of calories.  You can exercise all you want but if you continue to eat too many calories then you&#8217;re not likely to lose any weight.  You need to eat 500 fewer calories than you would to maintain your weight.  So if the required calories to maintain your weight are 2700 then you should only eat 2200 to lose weight.  The required amount of calories to maintain your weight will depend on your sex, height and age.</p>
<p>If you follow this program for two weeks you will see a remarkable difference in your stomach fat.  You should lose at least an inch from your weight and lose around five pounds.</p>
<p>This really is the quickest way to lose belly fat!</p>

<p>There are a number of reasons why you may have gained some fat around your tummy.  The trick to losing that belly fat is to control what you are eating or drinking that will cause fat gain and to introduce some exercise into your life, particularly exercises that target the tummy area.</p>

Sit ups and crunches are the two main exercises that people do to lose belly fat.  Sit ups are probably the single most effective exercise for toning stomach muscles and getting rid of belly fat.  Sit ups are even more effective when done on a stability ball.  To lose fat you do need to burn off more calories than you consume so keep this in mind also.</p>

Stop snacking between meals.  Snacking is a big contributor to gaining belly fat.  Late night snacking is the worst kind of all as you don&#8217;t burn the calories off if you got to bed after snacking.  When you consume calories during the day you will burn some of them off with your daily movements, but at night you just relax or go to bed allowing those calories to become fat that doesn&#8217;t get burned off.  When you snack a lot you will often find that you only intend to have one small snack but you keep on eating more and more and it all adds up around your tummy.  If you are asking yourself &#8216;how can I lose my belly fat&#8217; then you need to tell yourself to stop snacking between meals.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For many men who are overweight, one of the most emotionally sensitive aspects of being overweight is their man boobs, or &#8216;moobs&#8217; as some people call them.  This can really be damaging to any man who has had this problem. There can be a positive connection between man boobs and weight loss though. </p>
<p>Too much fat isn&#8217;t the only problem. Very often men lose muscle in their chest and that muscle turns to fat. When that happens their once tight and toned chest can start to look a little more &#8216;ladylike&#8217; then they would want. </p>
<p>Another cause for man boobs is poor physical fitness and eating habits. When you gain weight, you gain it everywhere. That includes your chest. This can happen to women too but often they don&#8217;t mind as much. For men who are sick of having too much flab on their chest one of the best things to do is change your lifestyle. </p>
<p>Eating less and exercising more can really help a lot. Incorporate weight training into your routine and focus on your chest, back and arms for maximum results.  Remember,though, there is no such thing as spot reducing. You can&#8217;t just lose fat in your chest, you will lose fat all over your body, which is fine since you probably have excess fat in many areas of your body. </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t expect changes right away either, it is a process.  But the sooner you start, the sooner you can see the results.</p>
<p>Something as simple as eating less fried food, pizza and drinking less soda or alcohol can help a lot and those changes are easy to make. No one (well maybe someone is, but I&#8217;m not) is telling you that you can&#8217;t ever eat another pizza or that you have to be perfect. </p>
<p>Start small. Just cut back on some of your more common food indulgences. That is a good start. Once you start seeing some results, pick another thing to cut back on. Keep doing that until you have a healthier relationship with food. </p>
<p>If the idea of going to the gym and putting in an hour at a time is too daunting, then don&#8217;t worry about it. Just start slowly, similar to the same process you using with your food. Start slow. </p>
<p>If the gym isn&#8217;t in the cards than just walk up and down your stairs, take your dog for a walk, go for a bike ride or play tennis. It doesn&#8217;t matter what it is, just get your body moving and you will start to see some results after a fairly short time. </p>
<p>Even after you have lost your weight you may still have some extra skin and you may want to get surgery to reduce the excess skin. That is a common issue people who lose weight face, no matter where on the body that weight loss is the most pronounced. </p>
<p>start with some common sense weight loss first, eat better and get more exercise. From that point on, if you still aren&#8217;t satisfied with the way you look, you may want to talk to your doctor. </p>
<p>For many men though, they can see a significant positive impact just by getting in better shape and there is a positive correlation between man boobs and weight loss.</p>

<p>Boxing is a great exercise to lose fat, including the belly fat; especially the tummy fat. A great cardiovascular workout, boxing will definitely make you feel like you have done something. Your whole  body will know you have had a great workout the next day.</p>
<p>I joined a boxing class years ago and in the first thirty days I lost an entire inch around my belly. I do not recall why I had to quit the class but it was probably because of my job, I work nights as a nurse and probably just could not manage the nighttime classes.</p>
<p>There are a lot of ways to get quick belly fat loss with exercise. If you are really out of shape and are struggling to get up off the couch, the way you should start is by walking. You wouldn&#8217;t think that walking would be a difficult thing to accomplish but if you are in bad shape you will know you have worked after your first walk. You may even have some soreness the next day.</p>
<p>The best way to combat the soreness is to just get back out there and do the same thing that made you sore to begin with. Oh man, I remember back in high school, after a nice long summer, we had to get back to volleyball practice. Our coach was brutal. She would work us so hard that we could not hardly move the next day, then  we would all show up again and do it again the next day. Pretty soon the soreness and stiffness would go away and we all realized that if you keep doing what you need to do then you do not get sore anymore and you do get much stronger for your efforts. We won state that year thanks to our coach. </p>
<p>Anyway, soreness is a good thing. If you feel sore you know one thing, you are still alive and that that doesn&#8217;t kill you makes you stronger. So, work through the soreness and stiffness and soon you will be stronger, faster and able to get through your work outs with no problem. At this point you may need to increase the intensity at which you work out because you will be too strong to stay at the level you started at.</p>
<p>At this point you may want to consider hiring a personal trainer to put you through the paces and teach you different ways of doing things. Maybe incorporate running or jogging and free weights in to your daily routine.</p>
<p>You will want to do what is called improving your core. Your core is the middle part of your body and includes your abdominal muscles, obliques and lower to mid-back muscles.</p>
<p>These muscles help you maintain good posture and balance. a good core workout can be done on an exercise ball. They are available at your local department store. To get quick belly fat loss with exercis you need to concentrate on your core workouts the most.</p>

<p>It is common knowledge, to lose weight you must cut back on food intake.  Not only cutting back your calories but eating certain foods that are high in protein will assist you in losing weight.</p>
<p>Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  So, dont fill up on coffee; make your meal nutritious and high protein. If your asking, What difference does it make if I eat foods high in protein?  </p>
<p>Protein rich foods will help satisfy your appetite.  Protein is essential to building healthy cells.  Some examples of foods high in protein is yogurt, chicken and eggs.  Also, try to shave some of the fat off your diet.  Opt for fat free yogurt, egg whites instead of whole eggs and remove the skin from chicken.</p>
<p>Eating small meals at regular intervals will help you lose weight.  It will also keep your blood sugar level on a more level basis.  Eating several small meals a day will decrease your appetite and aide in decreasing the size of your stomach.</p>
<p>Never skip meals thinking you are saving calories or you will just eat more the next meal. This will cause your appetite to increase.  And more than likely increase your cravings for sweets as well.  Remember, keep your goal in mind.  That is to lose belly fat.</p>
<p>Eating before going to bed is a bad habit that you need to break. The body is not in to fat burning mode close to bed time. Bedtime is when the body takes time to recuperate from the days activity; it is when your metabolism is burning the slowest.</p>
<p>You will be doing yourself a great favor by cutting soda out of your diet.  Regular soda is loaded with sugar.  </p>
