Good news is that there are proven exercise routine to keep the flab off! There may have been alternative ways to lose weight but nobody has still fully refuted the effect of aerobic exercises on our body. Want to know what the rest of the world are doing reduce belly fat? <p>Stomach Muscle Exercises </p>
<p>Start having stomach muscle exercises. Some did it with exercise machines or just plain crunches, sit ups, torso twists, curl ups and breathing exercise after the whole routine. Asserting energy while doing exercises help burn fats embedded in the belly area and tone down muscles. In performing crunches, make sure that your back is positioned and angled properly on the floor so that accidents can be avoided. <p>Yoga and Other Breathing Exercises</p>
<p>Some studies have revealed that breathing exercises can break body fat even better. Yoga also helps relax tensed muscles after a busy day. Recently, there are revised yoga exercises that can be done while watching your favorite television program or while sitting comfortably. Others also do it while lying down in a comfortable yoga mat. The most important part is you breathe through your nose and let your belly muscle rise up and relax once more. You should hold your breath at a maximum of twenty seconds and let go of it slowly through your mouth. </p>
<p>While performing breathing exercises, try to think of happy thoughts while letting go of negative energies from your system. Unfortunately, not all people can perform yoga. People with hyperacidity, hypertension and pregnant women are strongly prohibited doing yoga exercises. They are the so-called exemption to the rule.   </p>
<p>If you think yoga is a bit complicated, you can always seek the guidance of a yoga instructor or watch free videos from the web. You can also have fun doing yoga with an exercise buddy or your spouse. </p>
<p>Flaunt your curves. Tone your belly muscles with these exercises. Of course, we should consider our preferences in choosing the routine for us. Oftentimes, the more good looking a person is, the higher is his self confidence. Having a great body with the right curves will surely boost one&acirc;s self-confidence and will most likely spell success in one&acirc;s career and personal relationships. Through time, factors like aging, a busy lifestyle and chronic diseases may make you gain weight and may create belly fat in your abdomen area.  It is not yet too late. You can still reduce or totally remove belly fat and regain your self-confidence. How do we lose belly fat then?  </p>
<p>Avoid processed food and less fatty foods. There are days when our daily tasks, whether in the workplace or at home, are becoming so toxic that it takes away your time to prepare and cook good and healthy foods. Some express foods and fast foods are also cheaper and more convenient thus we are tempted to feed on them despite our knowledge that they contain lots of salt and preservatives. These foods are mostly deep-fried with saturated fats thus contain less or no nutrition at all. When you eat fast food, you are more likely to drink soda as well. Again, soda contains unhealthy sugars and empty calories. </p>
<p>Eat more fruits and vegetables. Fiber is the key to a faster metabolism of extra belly fat. You can eat larger portions of fruits and vegetables without getting fat. Moreover, foods rich in fiber controls your appetite and makes you feel full for longer hours. You may also want to substitute fruits in addressing your hunger in between meals. With a little creativity, you can create salads and juices to make them extra special. </p>
<p>Have enough sleep and rest. Sleep is a good aerobic exercise that helps metabolize body fat. Cortisol, a hormone produced when our body is stressed, affects greater fat storage in our system. We may be deprived of sleep because of deadlines but we must think that this is unhealthy. Make sure that you sleep at least seven hours a day to sustain your body&acirc;s needs. Stick to the idea that a body needs 7-9 hours of sleep a day. Aside from this, you should also have more relaxation and avenues for aerobic exercises like yoga. </p>
<p>Undergo a high intensity exercise program. Crunches and sit-ups are not enough to lose belly fat. You need to have the so-called intensive aerobic exercise that requires high levels of oxygen to be used in your body. First, you need to have warm-up exercises, say for example, running in a treadmill. For sure, you are out of breath and needs to cool down a bit. It is in these moments that oxygen exchange is at its peak. Once you recover your breath, you have to undergo other sets of aerobic exercises like running, jumping and cycling. You do not need to do this intensive exercise program at once. One step at a time will lead you to your goal. </p>
<p>Drink a lot of water and fruit juices. When you diet and exercise, your body will most likely lose lots of fluids that may lead to dehydration. This may lead to other problems like skin dryness, hair fall and other health complications. Replenish those lost fluids by drinking lots of water. Soda and caffeine are strongly discouraged.</p>

It takes a lot of determination and focus to get back into shape after you have recovered from pregnancy and the delivery of your baby.  If you follow a simple plan you can lose your pregnancy weight quite quickly and get rid of that baby belly fat.  You can lose baby belly fat fast when you do regular cardio exercise, strength training using a stability ball and stick to a healthy diet.</p>
<p>A stability ball is very effective for toning up stomach muscles and you can get one for around $30 at a sports store.  A 22 inch ball is appropriate for most women but if you are short (under 5&#8217;1&quot;) then you will benefit from the 18 inch ball and if you are tall (over 5&#8217;8&quot;) then you will benefit from the 26 inch ball.</p>
<p>Studies have shown that people who use a stability ball will develop twice as much muscle fiber as those who did regular crunches without a ball.  Using a stability ball will help you to lose baby belly fat much faster than doing regular sit ups and crunches without the ball.</p>
<p>When you buy a stability ball it usually comes with a manual that includes several exercises.  The exercises I will talk about here in this article are especially good for targeting that unwanted baby belly fat.</p>
<p>The first exercise is the reverse crunch.  Lie on your back and press your legs into the ball. Lift the ball 3 to 6 inches off the floor with your legs.  Hold the ball off the floor for one second then lower and repeat a few times.</p>
<p>The second exercise is the rock and roll.  Kneel on the floor with your elbows on the ball.  Lift your body until you are on your toes and at a 45 degree angle to the floor.  Hold this position for a second then relax and repeat a few times.</p>
<p>To lose weight anywhere, including the stomach, cardio exercise is important.  Try to include 45 minutes or cardio workout 3 times a week to help lose that belly fat.  Cardio exercise can include brisk walking, jogging, running, cycling or using one of the many cardio exercise machines available.</p>
<p>To lose baby belly fat you will also need to eat a healthy diet.  Try to eat 500 calories less than the amount of calories needed to maintain a healthy weight.  Do this for two weeks while doing the above exercise program.  A healthy diet is essential to any weight loss attempt.</p>
<p>It is actually easier than you might think to find ways to reduce your calorie intake.  Small changes like having your coffee with skim milk rather than whole milk can save you 120 calories.  Other changes could be having some fruit with fat free yoghurt instead of a bowl of ice-cream or a chocolate bar.  You could also eat air popped popcorn instead of potato chips.  There are many substitutions that you can make to reduce the number of calories you eat each day.</p>
<p>It can be hard to find the time and energy to exercise and to eat well when you have a new baby to take care of.  If you put in the effort to incorporate a healthy diet and an exercise routine into your lifestyle then it will soon become habit and you will soon find yourself losing that baby belly fat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you been looking for the quickest way to lose belly fat?  There is a program that can give you a flat stomach in just two weeks.  This program doesn&#8217;t include shakes, pills or potions and the only cash outlay is $30 at your local sports store.  This article isn&#8217;t about trying to sell you some magic pill; it&#8217;s simply showing you how you can lose that excess fat around the tummy.</p>
<p>This routine does require a stability ball that costs around $30 and you can get one from your local sporting store.  These balls come in various sizes between 18 and 26 inch and you will need to choose the right size for your height.  Studies have shown that people who work out with a stability ball build twice the muscle fibers as those who do regular crunches without a ball.  Using a stability ball for your exercises will definitely help you to lose that excess belly fat much faster.</p>
<p>When you purchase a stability ball it will come with an instruction manual that will outline various exercises that you can do with the ball.  The exercise instructions usually come with diagrams to illustrate how to do each exercise.  In this article I will outline a couple of exercises that are great to do with the ball to help lose that fat around the stomach area.</p>
<p>The first exercise is called the Ball Curl.  Sit on the stability ball with your hands behind your head. Next you want to roll your body down until your bottom is just off the ball and your lower back and middle are on the ball.</p>
<p>The next exercise is called the Pike and is a bit more complicated.  Lie on the top of the ball with your legs together and the ball should be under your thighs.  Keep your legs straight and then contract your abs and lift your hips up toward the ceiling, rolling the ball to the shins.  Hold this for one second and then lower.</p>
<p>The ball is important in the plan to lose fat around the stomach but it isn&#8217;t the only tool that you need.  If you really want to lose fat fast then you also want to do some cardio workouts at least three times a week.  With a cardio workout you should warm up for three minutes, follow this with three minutes of regular paced exercise and then two minutes of high paced exercise.  Repeat the three minutes regular and two minutes high exercises for a total of 45 minutes finishing with two minutes cooling down exercises.  Cardio workouts might include running, brisk walking, cycling or a cardio machine.</p>
<p>Lastly, you need to reduce your intake of calories.  You can exercise all you want but if you continue to eat too many calories then you&#8217;re not likely to lose any weight.  You need to eat 500 fewer calories than you would to maintain your weight.  So if the required calories to maintain your weight are 2700 then you should only eat 2200 to lose weight.  The required amount of calories to maintain your weight will depend on your sex, height and age.</p>
<p>If you follow this program for two weeks you will see a remarkable difference in your stomach fat.  You should lose at least an inch from your weight and lose around five pounds.</p>
<p>This really is the quickest way to lose belly fat!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Exercising with a stability ball is a great way to lose belly fat.  A stability ball will cost about $30 and you can get them from most sporting stores.  A stability ball may be just what you need to get that flat stomach you have dreamed of.  Working out with a stability ball will give you twice the muscle fibers in your stomach than if you work out doing regular crunches without a ball.  This has been researched at Sacramento State University in California.</p>
<p>Here are three great lose belly fat exercises for beginners to get you started.</p>
<p>1. Sit on the stability ball and put your hands on the ball for balance.  You can also place your hands behind your head which is a better strength exercise but is a little more difficult.  Begin to roll your hips slowly in a circle toward the right.  Start off making small circles and as you become more comfortable and confident with the exercise you can make larger circles.  Do 10 to 20 circles and then repeat the exercise making circles to the left.  This exercise works the muscles of the stomach making it a great exercise to help lose belly fat.</p>
<p>2. This exercise is called the Seated March.  Sit on the ball with your back straight and your stomach pulled in.  Lift first your right foot and then the left foot in a slow march.  As you become more comfortable with this exercise try lifting your knees higher and march faster.  When you become really confident with the exercise you can add a bounce on the ball in time with your marching.  Continue with the seated march exercise for around 2 minutes.</p>
<p>3. This last exercise is called the Seated Balance.  Once again sit on the ball with your back straight and your tummy pulled in.  If you are a beginner then place your hands on the ball for balance, if you are confident enough you can put your hands behind your head.  Lift your right foot off the floor and hold it in the air for about 5 seconds.  Lower your foot and then lift the left foot and hold it in the air for 5 seconds.  Repeat these moves 5 to 10 times while making sure that you continue to have your back straight and your tummy pulled in.</p>
<p>These three exercises have you sitting on the stability ball.  These are great exercises if you are a beginner to using the stability ball but as you gain confidence you can introduce more exercises, some of which will have you starting from the floor, your knees or even lying on top of the ball.</p>
<p>Stability balls usually come with a manual that will include a number of different exercises with illustrations so you can see exactly how to do them and what benefit you will gain from them.</p>
<p>There are different size balls available and you should choose the size based on your height.  If you are less than 5&#8217;1 then you should get an 18 inch ball.  If you are between 5&#8217;1 and 5&#8217;8 you should get a 22 inch ball.  If you are over 5&#8217;8 then you will need a 26 inch ball.</p>
<p>Stability balls really are a great way to lose belly fat and you will soon feel good with your new flat tummy.</p>

<p>However, there are ways to lose that belly fat its just not going to happen overnight.  The safest and quickest way to lose belly fat is to diet and exercise.  Notice I said safest as well as quickest.   </p>
<p>Now, you have to make your mind up that you are going to do this and nobody is going to stand in your way, thats called getting your mind right.  Once you have done this you will have taken your 2nd step.  </p>
<p>Before you jump into something you really need to make sure that any type of program is going to work for you.  You want something that will keep your interest and will be fun for you.  </p>
<p>However, this may take a couple of tries to find the right programs, you may find a good diet plan, however your exercise program just isnt working or your exercise program works; but the diet just isnt doing it.  The right combination is very important.    </p>

<p>Boxing is a great exercise to lose fat, including the belly fat; especially the tummy fat. A great cardiovascular workout, boxing will definitely make you feel like you have done something. Your whole  body will know you have had a great workout the next day.</p>
<p>I joined a boxing class years ago and in the first thirty days I lost an entire inch around my belly. I do not recall why I had to quit the class but it was probably because of my job, I work nights as a nurse and probably just could not manage the nighttime classes.</p>
<p>There are a lot of ways to get quick belly fat loss with exercise. If you are really out of shape and are struggling to get up off the couch, the way you should start is by walking. You wouldn&#8217;t think that walking would be a difficult thing to accomplish but if you are in bad shape you will know you have worked after your first walk. You may even have some soreness the next day.</p>
<p>The best way to combat the soreness is to just get back out there and do the same thing that made you sore to begin with. Oh man, I remember back in high school, after a nice long summer, we had to get back to volleyball practice. Our coach was brutal. She would work us so hard that we could not hardly move the next day, then  we would all show up again and do it again the next day. Pretty soon the soreness and stiffness would go away and we all realized that if you keep doing what you need to do then you do not get sore anymore and you do get much stronger for your efforts. We won state that year thanks to our coach. </p>
<p>Anyway, soreness is a good thing. If you feel sore you know one thing, you are still alive and that that doesn&#8217;t kill you makes you stronger. So, work through the soreness and stiffness and soon you will be stronger, faster and able to get through your work outs with no problem. At this point you may need to increase the intensity at which you work out because you will be too strong to stay at the level you started at.</p>
<p>At this point you may want to consider hiring a personal trainer to put you through the paces and teach you different ways of doing things. Maybe incorporate running or jogging and free weights in to your daily routine.</p>
<p>You will want to do what is called improving your core. Your core is the middle part of your body and includes your abdominal muscles, obliques and lower to mid-back muscles.</p>
<p>These muscles help you maintain good posture and balance. a good core workout can be done on an exercise ball. They are available at your local department store. To get quick belly fat loss with exercis you need to concentrate on your core workouts the most.</p>
