Can’t lose weight? You are not alone. Most of the western world is in the same boat.It’s time to think again if you believe you can’t lose weight.All you need is a system to hold your hand every day and you will drop weight.

We’ve all heard it over and over, eat less food and exercise a bit more and the weight will come off.The problem with those two sentences is they don’t go into the specifics.We need more detail. We need a set of rules to live by day in day out.

With a proven weight loss system, things start to get easier for us.You follow the rules correctly, you then know you are doing things right.If we have to decide for ourselves whether we’ve eaten too much or not exercised we often get it way wrong.

Overweight and depressed about it.With a daily set of steps or rules we can follow we have the ability to know 100% we are doing it right.We have a list of daily tasks which we simply tick off and then are sure we are doing it right.

Are you really hungry or do you just need a drink? We can easily mistake hunger for a simple thirst. Try it next time you think you feel hunger, have a drink. I can go half a day on just a few cups of coffee; the liquid makes me feel much less hungry.

Motivation, it’s as important as the air you breathe. What more do you need to keep you motivated than the image of a slimmer, almost perfect you. You will be fitter. You’ll feel far better with your self image. You’ll be brimming with rediscovered confidence. Oh, and you may get more sex! What other reason do you need?

Is it your age? It’s a well known fact that as we get older our bodies change. We start to accumulate fat in the most unwanted places. If you know where these areas are, and understand why the fats being stored there, it may help you in your weight loss regime.
