Can You Eat And Still Lose Weight
If you want to get rid of your fat belly, either starve for 3 weeks, or drink only cabbage juice and nothing else!
Sounds like a familiar ‘expert’ advice, right? You will be surprised to know that truth is just the opposite! If you starve, or drink only cabbage juice, your body will go into starvation mode and slow down your metabolic rate, thereby stopping the fat burning process!
If you want to lose weight naturally and permanently, you should EAT! And believe it or not, there are certain special ‘weight loss super foods’ which, if eaten regularly, can help you burn fat and lose weight!
And you thought that starvation is the only way to get rid of fat!
In this article I will tell you about three common fat burning foods. You may already be eating some of them; just add more of them to our diet because the more you eat these foods, the faster you would lose weight!
1. Fat Burning Food#1: Do you have a sweet tooth but are depressed because you are forbidden to eat sweets? Well, now there is a way out to satisfy your sweet tooth and lose weight at the same time! Have you heard of cinnamon sweeteners? Unlike sugar, these sweeteners don’t contain large doses of empty calories.
In fact, cinnamon sweeteners are widely consumed by people who suffer from diabetes. These sweeteners would keep your blood sugar levels low as well as increase your insulin level. Once that happens, you will forget about gorging on high-calorie sweets, chocolates and sugar candies!
2. Fat Burning Food#2: If you want to lose weight, you not only need to control your hunger, but also build strong lean muscles for yourself (because the more muscles you have, the higher your metabolic rate would be and the faster you would lose weight). One food which could help you achieve both of these goals is bean.
Beans are not only rich in protein and fiber, but also contain a fair dose of carbs. However, contrary to the cards you consume in the form of junk foods, these carbs won’t make you fat!
3. Fat Burning Food#3: Do you know why you are unable to lose weight? Obviously because your metabolic rate is low, but what is it which has kept your metabolic rate so low? Leptin. This hormone keeps your metabolic rate at such a low level that you will find it almost impossible to get rid of fat!
But if you eat fish regularly, then leptin level would become lower and your metabolic rate would increase. I don’t need to tell you what would happen after that, right?
