Poor Man's Cleanse Diet Review

The creators of The Poor Man's Cleanse had great results using a more expensive cleanse alternative. They were excited by the results and wanted to do it again...but the price tag (over $150 for the couple) made repeated endeavors unlikely.

After doing a bit of research, they've discovered a way to get similar results for only $13 (for a 9 day cleanse). This is a significant cost savings.

It is a cleanse, so don't expect to eat much, but the good thing is that you do get a lot of vitamins throughout the cleanse. You also do get to eat food five of the days (unlike the The Master Cleanse, where you don't eat at all). However, there's still four days of no eating.

The premise of the cleanse is to pump your body full of nutrients while at the same time getting rid of any toxins that are in your body.

It is likely that you'll lose weight by following the Poor Man's Cleanse. However, it is likely that much of this weight is water weight and you may regain once you begin eating normally. It does require you to take a high quality vitamin, so you don't need to be worried about becoming nutrient deficient for the short period of time that the cleanse lasts.

Cleansing should not be used for weight loss only. If you return to unhealthy eating habits, then you may even regain more weight than you lost. However, many people have used a cleanse as a way to kick start a healthier lifestyle. Cleanses can remove the cravings for snacks and other unhealthy foods that make dieting so difficult.

If you're looking to do a cleanse, this is one of the better ones out there.
